IDYIA skin is a simple and super effective skincare brand that’s filled with clean, good-for-you natural ingredients that help nourish, renew and hydrate the skin. Each product has been individually crafted to offer a divine experience for our consumer which symbolizes our wisdom and knowledge. Our aim is to provide the best natural skincare whilst intertwining continuous research and exploration of naturally sourced ingredient benefits and skincare practises.

All products are Made in Greece. We are based in Melbourne Australia.

Our products are not tested on Animals.

Yes! We have incorporated Natural ingredients derived from Greece in all of our products. Check out the Goddess Glossary for our List of natural Ingredients.

We have received great feedback from mothers and mothers-to-be who have used IDYIA skin products throughout their pregnancy and particularly after birth. All of our products are made from natural ingredients that help nourish, renew and hydrate the skin. If you have concerns, we recommend consulting your GP.

We recommend using the clay mask 1-2 times a week. Our mask contains one single ingredient 100% natural volcanic green clay from Milos, Greece, the ingredient is quite effective and would not need more uses than recommended.

Redness after the clay mask application is normal. The redness is caused by the 100% Natural Volcanic Green Clay. It stimulates blood circulation which assists in drawing out any toxins and impurities. This stimulation allows the skin cells to be nourished with the clay’s nutrients and flush away any toxins, oil and nasties from your skin.

To remove the Volcanic Green Clay Face Mask we recommend soaking in warming water our Natural Sea Sponge as they are soft, toxin free, hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin, otherwise a damp soft towel will work too. Do not use hot water to remove the mask as it may irritate the skin.

Of course! Our products are developed with natural ingredients. Our products are especially designed for soothing and nourishing. We always recommend doing a test patch first just in case - everyone’s skin reacts differently to different ingredients. 

Yes! Send an email to info@idyiaskin.com as soon as possible including all order details as well as the updated address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change shipping address due to the fast packing and shipping procedures we have in place. If your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address.

On the right side of the checkout page you will see an option to enter a discount/gift card code, enter your code and click apply. This will automatically apply your discount/gift card code to your order.

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels.

Once you have placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched within 24 hours. 
Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. Australia Post allows 1-3 Business days for Express Shipping & 3-7 Business days for Standard Shipping in metro cities of Australia. Due to COVID-19 there are delays in shipping from Australia Post
